Log in to your TGC Collectables account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
